Q: Do I need to make an appointment to visit your clinic?
A: No. You need not.
Q: What should I bring with?
A: Please bring Medical Insurance Card. If you do not have any medical insurance, bring your ID.
Q: Can medical fee be covered by insurance?
A: It depends on what kind of insurance you have.
If you have Japanese medical insurance, the fee for medical service is partly covered and you will only have to pay part of the medical fee. If you have medical insurance other than Japanese one, you have to pay the whole amount of the fee at hand and later your insurance company will pay for your medical expenses, depending on your insurance status.
Q: How far is your clinic from Hatagaya Station?
A: It is only 3 minutes by walk from Hatagaya Station.
Q: What should I do if I would be lost around Hatagaya Station?
A: Please print out the MAP shown somewhere in our homepage to make sure the way. Almost anyone living at Hatagaya knows where 6Gou-Dori Shopping Center is. You will easily find someone who let you know where 6Gou-Dori Shopping Center is.
Q: How much does it cost for eye exams in your clinic?
A: It depends on the exams you take. In our clinic, the fee will not exceeds 15000yen (approximately US$140), mostly less than 10000yen.
Q: What is your speciality?
A: General ophthalmology.
Q: I can hardly speak Japanese. Can I make myself understood?
A: We are happy to provide you all the eye examinations in English.
